MONOFUSE live gear
The Austrian band tells us a little bit about their touring gear.
Hi there, this is Bernd from the Austrian band MONOFUSE. The folks from Neutrik asked us to give a little insight in our live equipment. So, here we go!
We are on a small indie label in our home country. That means, we play mostly small club shows. But due to our location we‘re able to play in 5 different countries within a 2 hour drive! That also means, that we need very reliable and flexible gear.
The problem with small clubs
Let‘s be honest, most clubs don‘t have the best equipment mostly because they don‘t want to spend the money for it. Funny enough, you see the cheapest cables but Neutrik plugs everywhere. In our band we have optimised our gear so it fits in a small tour bus and is light enough to carry around (no roadies!).
Only rely on the best
The Neutrik people have always been very helpful to us. That‘s why it was no question to me to use their products in my main effect pedal board. The board itself was created by Dutch master builder Paul Lenders. He assembled all my pedals into one compact unit with a custom power supply. All inputs and outputs are made with high quality Neutrik components. After 100 gigs in 7 different countries I can truly say: The best gear decision I‘ve ever made.
