The repertoire of the band consists of own songs and selected cover songs. The band worked in the studio together with audio engineer Ernie Winfrey.
When they met rythm and blues legend Ray Charles it influenced their own style very much.
Marshall "X" and singer Linda Bohnert are the songwriters of the band. Their biggest success as songwriters was the hit "What about you" which was the theme song for the movie "Pizza Pizza" with Julia Roberts.
