“pertaining to the arts” ’ success story began when songwriter René Heinze and his band surprisingly won the “Deutscher Pop Preis” in 2009 with their song “Ready to live”. Although it was the band’s first time to perform on stage together, they understood perfectly to enchant the jury and audience with their gentle soul pop. Heinze had already come up with the idea to establish a band with musicians playing instruments like the viola and the piano in 2003, but only set up the live band two months before the music competition in 2009.

Due to their wave of success “pertaining to the arts” is currently planning to conquer many stages throughout Germany.
